BANK RUN FILL
Defined as any naturally occurring deposit of gravel that is intermixed with fine sand or clay.  This is basically the raw material before any crushing or screening. Sometimes called pit run. It is generally the most economically priced product used for filling or raising a grade elevation. Use commonly for elevation increases usually measured in feet instead of inches.
