Consists of 1 1/2" and under crushed material with fines.  Makes an excellent good-draining base course.  Helps "bridge" over very wet areas, allowing for drainage.  Top with road gravel or T.B. and you have an excellent base for Wisconsin's unpredictable soil types.  Water is oftentimes the culprit in the movement in your soil- draining it is the key!
