M.S.H.A. PART
46 MANDATORY TRAINING
In accordance with the Mine Safety & Heath Administration's
Part 46 training regulation, "all those engaged in activities of our
mine location shall be made aware of the hazards associated with the mine
as well as the site rules and regulations".
- Anyone who enters our production facility must have M.S.H.A Part 46 training
- We, along with all aggregate producers in the U.S., are required to provide site-specific hazard training to anyone who enters our production facilities. This includes private carriers, contractors, and the general public. Anyone who enters our facility is required to stop at the scale house and sign a form stating that they have received this training (which is also available at the scale house.) To further accelerate the process of registering who has received the training, we have developed a downloadable form that can be reviewed, signed, and brought in when materials from our facility are being picked up.
